About Dale Vermillion
 

Dale Vermillion began his career in 1983 as a loan officer and, by age 30, was Executive Director for a national mortgage company with responsibility for over 1,000 employees. In 1995, Dale founded Vermillion Consulting, Inc. to provide high-integrity sales and management training and consulting services to the mortgage industry. Dale transitioned into training and speaking out of a sincere desire to help people improve their lives and the lives of their customers. Over the past 12 years Dale has become a prominent international speaker, consultant and expert, training thousands of dollars that could have been used for debt reduction, savings, investment, college, retirement and financial freedom!

Dale is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). He serves on the Executive Committee of the Non-Prime and Alt-A council for the MBA. Dale also serves on Alexander Haig's World Business Review TATE Board. Dale has been published and featured in multiple industry publicatons and newspapers nationwide.

In addition to over 1,500 corporate speaking engagements, Dale has spoken at multiple faith-based events. This includes the IREF youth conferences in Repalle, India, the NACBA Annual Conference, Straight Talk Men's Breakfast Meetings, and the Moody Bible Network National Day of Prayer. Dale was featured on Moody Radio and is the scheduled keynote speaker for the upcoming MBN Luncheon.

Dale and his wife have been married 15 years and are raising four children. He and his family are passionately involved in their church, as well as humanitarian and missions work in India. Dale and his wife currently lead high school youth groups at their Church. Dale also enjoys coaching his children in sports.

 

In January 2006, Dale founded Mortgage Professionals Providing Hope® ("MPPH"); a not-for-profit mortgage industry based foundation dedicated to raising funds and providing support to the poor of India. Dale founded MPPH after four years of visiting rural India and seeing the tremendous needs. The purpose for creating this organization was to provide an opportunity for mortgage professionals to get involved in a charitable cause that could make a difference in the world. MPPH raised over $331,000 for the children of India in its first year of operation.
